The Process
01. Tear Off
Removal of all old material. We never lay over old shingles.
02. Deck Prep
Inspect plywood for rot. Re-nail loose decking.
03. Waterproofing
Ice & Water shield in valleys and eaves. Synthetic felt over the field.
04. Install
Shingles, new flashing, and ventilation cut-in.
